Does the bible say that two passovers are permitted. And if so can you participate in both?

Ewan, Yes. When something happens to keep you from keeping the Passover, there is biblical precedent (2 Kings 30:3,15). There may be valid reasons to keep both, such as when you help another with the foot washing. It is a personal decision as led by the Holy Spirit.

Do you have to be baptized to celebrate the ist or second passover?

Re: Second Passover May 5 (after sunset) 2012
Gwen, Yes, God did not allow the uncircumcised to take the Passover, and baptism is the beginning of the circumcision of the heart under the New Covenant. It is the only communion that is restricted to baptized believers.

Re: Second Passover May 5 (after sunset) 2012
Gwen, from what I understand people who haven't been baptized can still take part in the footwashing (except children) although it is best to get baptized. It is important that anyone celebrating the Passover have some understanding of what it's about, that it's not to be taken casually.

Should a single man wash a married womans feet when her husband is not baptized?

Re: Second Passover May 5 (after sunset) 2012
Anna, It would be inappropriate for any man to wash the feet of a married woman (or any woman) if it is not his wife. As explained above, foot washing is okay for non-baptized members, but a single man should not be the one to wash the feet of a female believer whose husband is not a believer. Either the husband can wash them if he agrees, or another female believer could wash this woman's feet.

Re: Second Passover May 5 (after sunset) 2012
Anna, By the way, a husband of a female believer is sanctified or set apart because of his wife, and if he agrees, he can participate in the foot washing with his wife even if he is not yet a believer.

Re: Second Passover May 5 (after sunset) 2012
With sunset so late now, do you start praise and worship at a later hour? When I do praise and worship at home in harmony with yours, is it okey to have two of my nieghbors join in as they like to sing also? I do not want to be presumptuous and look like starting some compeditive church.

Re: Second Passover May 5 (after sunset) 2012
Heather, Ours is more a monthly praise than a Sabbath praise, and we have always done it at 7 PM. It is good to have neighbors join in since they want to praise Jesus.
